you new guys should really make your own threads

Wat? Im telling you not to use other peoples threads I wasnt trying to bash you. Its just this has happened a couple of times before and Im pretty sure people like to have their own threads for themselvs.

Yeah i felt that too. Luckily for me though, it wasn't anything besides dicking around in photoshop. Although, i did notice a lot of interesting things while doing it so i guess it wasn't that bad of an experiment.

Those plain circles in the back really really throw me

the lighting on the the render is like wtf, again nothing happening in the bg. Random c4d's placed behind eachther like 5 times, and then some random splatter on the side. You should really just do tut's for now.

Throws me off too, but i thought it would be okay.



I don't see many tuts where i like the outcome tbh. It's also pretty unsatisfying following a tut --- extremely big reason i don't follow tuts. But it's been a while since i've searched for inspiration, so i might end up reading a few tutorials and look at psd's.

It's hard to stick to doing tuts when you want to free form. But ask anyone. You NEED to keep doing tuts if you want to improve.

Even if you don't like the tuts outcome, do it if it looks well written. You may learn small things that will help you improve.

Also post the tut you used when you post your outcome

If i ever find one i like, i will post both my result and the tutorial.
