So far it looks great, nice work. Did you do the vector illustration?

Yeah man, I really like it. You should check out Ash Thorp if you aren't familiar with him. Not exactly the same style, but he's done some pretty amazing title sequences and motion graphics. Unfortunately I haven't had time to dive very deep in After Effects. Almost everything I do as a designer is static (branding, print, environmental), but Ash Thorp is still one of my biggest influences.

Been following Ctrl+Paint lessons, it is great. Well, slowly getting used to tablet-screen coordination. Movements are becoming more fluid.

Two practices I was doing this morning (worksheet from Ctrl+Paint)- left one is his example, right one my try.

This is going to take awhile.

That's really cool dude.
Makes me want to try but since I give up on things so easily and drawing is just witch craft I know I wont.

Man, you got to get that tablet!

I mean, it is not so pricey - even though 120€ can be bit too much for something you never use but if you are going to use it, it is huge improvement not only in drawing.
I don't even use my mouse for anything else other than Battlefield 2 and I've been using it for one day.

Thanks, I am already working on more exercises and want to see/do more, too.

I'd consider it 100% if I already had the ability to draw on paper without it looking like a 5 year old drew something.
