Speaking of movies, I need some horror recommendations. I keep getting tricked by reviews online that say a movie is amazing, then it ends up being shitty. Watched 'It Follows', seriously just awful.

I liked House of the Devil. Also, Rosemary's Baby is a classic. I like a horror film that builds suspense and isn't about cheap thrills, though it isn't a genre that I watch too much of.

I guess I should have specified newer horror :P I've seen pretty much everything horror before like 05ish or so.

I don't mind suspense as long as it goes somewhere. Like the movie I mentioned, when it ended I was just like..no seriously, that's it? Feels like such a waste of time. I will say I do like cheap thrills though. Currently re-watching the Saw movies.

the conjuring was really good until the end

i saw the devil is pretty rad, but it's not really a horror movie - more suspenseful than anything.

martyrs is rad, sort of weird

grave encounters 2 is fun
