im getting so fucking mad at my ps right now

while trying to use the move tool, first it was acting like the selection tool and would make a box,
but now that i fixed that I try to move 1 layer.. I click the layer and when i click the image and drag it to move it moves whatever layer im clicking on, like in the picture itself
so i cant move the layers in the background

anyone know why?

im mad as well at my phtooshop but for entirely different reasons i just cant get the hand of getting smudging effects to look good or have the depth/lighting that they need its annoying trying to figure it out there's no real hints or tips for doing this that iv found that help bah maybe i just have a crappy smudge brush and dont know when to change up the strength correctly or something iono but its annoying
on your problem though iv had that happen before had to reinstall PS >.<;

well dont i feal noobish but i think mine was a diffrent problem because i did that when i had that problem and it dident fix anything xD also thats not smuding advice! >:o

I don't really know the trick to smudging effects either, I usually just move the bars around untill it looks like its going to work
