Before I came the asshole, and most of the "oldies" were here, they were actually quite the opposite of how it is now, they were really encouraging
They would help with your problems, tell what you did wrong, what you can do to fix it, etc.
Now, anyone who's new here get's a swift verbal to the nuts to see if they're worthy.
If they brush it off, i'm chill with them.
If not, I continue to troll them until they leave which is generally 5-10 minutes.
To be totally honest I also regret all the e-drama that took place regularly
