How do people do nice clean line art with a tablet? Every time I try it seems to end up all jagged. Is there a technique to it or specific brush settings (photoshop cs5)? Or do people just draw the rough line art and pen tool over top of it to create the clean lines?

clean lines w/ tablet = strong pen mechanics

it's just practice

Is there specific brushes or brush settings which would help with the clean lines? I'm not all to sure on how to setup pen sensitivity with say hard brushes, so most of the time if I need sensitivity I end up using the paintbrush presets.

just make sure there's minimal spacing in your brush, and that pen sensitivity is always on. just takes practice

Does anyone have any specific fonts that they like or look good?

Trying to revamp my grub 0.97 bootloader splash and I'm looking for a font that will good in a low resolution image (640x480) 14 color mode.

Futura, Gotham, and Circular are my personal favorites. I'd go with sans serif for low res display, so really any of them could work.
