I have been unaware of this, a real life friend who is a gfx artist and an artist in general made this for me... so he said.
He told me it was a gift, that i was the owner and i had permission to use and edit as my own. I was only aware that this was HIS creation to me.
Until this morning and your PM, I had not a clue. To be honest this is shocking, embarassing and I am angry. I will pm everyone about the matter and ask them to remove the Kitty. And also deal with this outside of d2jsp.
Sincere appologies to everyone affected, by this.

I'm Devastated.

/edit Also Im not sure that you are a multi. But thankyou for bringing to to my attention.

So only one person can draw a cat? If someone was able to edit out the names in that they most likely could of made their own cat.

That entire group and the creators care, that's who.

Artwork used is copyrited and not up for grabs.

I'm sorry :( But no, he was lying. Thank you so much, Mezzy. Hopefully everyone else will remove them too. x-x Is your friend of DeviantArt? You could always draw a kitty from scratch though :) Then you can do a lot more besides just recoloring. Maybe even have it have different posts and make different ones for everyone.

Dj16921 - A cat could be drawn, but there's many ways to draw a cat without stealing something that was made for an adoptable group -only-. I'm not saying I own cats, but we do own the artwork and designs.

..and I don't even know what a multi is?

L_a_c - This artwork is COPYRITED. As the rule you quote say, "public render or stock". The artwork does not fall under either. You also couldn't get it without directly going to the group page. And considering this is on a forum you moderate, I do believe it goes under your control.
