really dislike how his foot gets cut off and the headdress could use some of the blue lighting like the fan has

Only reason I removed the feet was so the c4ds would connect a bit easier, probably should have blended it or continued the effects around the render
As for lighting the hair, it took me like 20 minutes just to get the fan colored the way I wanted it and by that time I was extremely tired and got lazy D:

i'm not sure what method you used but you should be able to do that effect within like 2 minutes max whether you use pen tool style or clipping mask+blue brushing
