I feel like there is too much going on; eyes can't really rest, but it's not bad

There's a lot going on with this one.

I'm not big on sigs and such since I draw, paint, etc... but it seems like there is a lot of un-necessary things going on, especially around the shoulders/elbows region. The colors look dece, though, as they match Ezio's clothing and such. Complicated and busy isn't always the greatest thing, sometimes sweet and simple works, too. As an artist, going out and doing a lot of un-necessary things to a piece always has the potential to make it look more clustered, if you will.

Yeah, you've not been doing this long, yeah we get it, but overall I like your work and some of the things you've done... just remember that your graphics don't always need to look like the world is ending in every piece.

To the haters, tell him what he's doing wrong, don't just spam the same thing he's doing wrong over and over and NOT point out the areas that need touched up, such as certain points on the piece that needs work. He doesn't need to be walked through piece by piece and told what's wrong, but it doesn't help that SOME of the comments made here have been really vague.

Anyway, I'm sure I just blew smoke out of my ass, but from painter to graphics artist, I gave you my thoughts.

Keep them coming and don't just "throw away" art you think you can make better because there have been pieces that have required months, years even, to finish and perfect. If something has yet to see its potential, then bring out the potential in that piece and dazzle your doubters. B)

Some of the smudge should go in front of the render to create some depth.
At the moment it's just Focal | Background, where it should be foreground | Focal | background
