theme : women/chicks/females
i talked to a few people about this and read through the posts. this theme should be general enough for everyone to have no problem with
this pretty much means that every tag will have some sort of woman in it or clearly represent the theme

some basic rules that weren't already covered...
don't submit any premades, this needs to be new for the worm
if you are late, you will not be in the tagworm (if you will have an issue with the current lineup let me know now, not when your turn comes up)

max height : 150px
max width : try to keep it within 400px
