I did every quest for the game and all it's dlc and I got to level 30, after I took the explorer perk I just went to the areas that sounded interesting so yea I probably missed a bunch but I didn't feel like running to every location just to clear it out, the game gets kinda boring at higher levels because most shit is a one hit kill while sneaking, even on death claws on the hardest difficulty
