how do rss feeds work?

basicly you have a feed like this
feed://feeds.feedburner.com/pixel2life-photoshop-tutorials

and you put it in your feed list in your client, and it tells you when they are updated

all those tutorial sitez are bad. They only give you tuts on like text styles n shit.

the psdtuts one looks really helpful imo... for like commercial stuff at least.
