1500$? shit man, you could build up one monster custom pc with that cash. basically you should find separate parts, cheaper. motherboard and processor will be most expensive if you don't aim for high-end graphics card, which you obviously won't with that budget. something from i-series from Intel and maybe something from ATi 5000 series - not too expensive but not some random junk.
