Normally I would not pursue this any further as I have been through this process many times and it usually isn't worth the time.

All I ask is that he provides the brush pack that he claims has all the smudged designs that I personally made.

I would like the upload date of what he claims to have used to be an earlier date than when I created it.

I am not necessarily attacking his claim that he used someone elses brush pack instead of directly ripping mine only that whatever he used is in fact made by me. 2/15/13

All i am asking for is the source of the pack he alleges to have used and I would like that source to have been uploaded a date prior to the date I uploaded mine.

In the past he has shown an interest in my work and ironically offered to assist me in these types of matters

He claims that the entire shape in it's entirety was something he found in a pack.

I strongly disagree and as listed above would like him to provide the pack that includes my exact signature shape and in order to prove his side it will need to have been uploaded to whatever site he got it from prior to the date I uploaded the sig to jsp ( over a year ago)

as seen here I do not use brush packs, any smudging i do is with a simple circle, I have no downloaded brush packs, all my program has are default brushes that come with installation

Many people do use similar techniques which lead to similar products.

What I am claiming is that mine are custom and the likelihood of him "finding" something that was uploaded at an earlier date that is an exact match to my designs are slim to none

This is the site I downloaded pack from, it was also on deviant art but I cannot find it.

Of course anyone with a spinal cord could edit these photos.. It will end with word against word.

But Beowulf.. If that is seriously custom.. Your shit is on the web, and some are being SOLD as brushes.. Not just free.

Just fyi, because I have seen some of those exact shapes replicated before.
