well that adds to the realism, but the other bottle gave the impression of glass.

your hightlights on the glass are too soft now, they should be just a tad bit more defined, and it should have some hard edges in places. the only way to tell the glass is their is by its reflections and highlights. you got the reflections i guess. just need your highlights.

On your painting, your bottle has a pear reflection, but I think the reflection goes too high.
