well he proved his point agents me, ppl who buy sigs are noob and they do not want quality.

I spent six months requesting signatures until I realized that all of d2jsp's "Graphics Artists" suck ass. It was only until I started working a little bit with photoshop when I realized that they just purposefully lower their standards while doing requests (which still perplexes me).
If Rookie had any of his signatures for sale, they would be bought immediately. Don't blame mediocre tags on a requester's "ignorance".

THen you probally don't know what you are talking about.
Grahpics desginers that are decent don'T do request because people want somes things that sucks in a signature and don't want originality. Also, when we try hard to do a signature, people often choose the worst of the topic.
