theres a bookstore in oslo that sells funny shit and they have that game with that picture on the front

i had it as a kid, the game was awesome

but in terms of being able to print well, i dont think it will work out very well. when you go to apply the design to the shirt, you have to block out all the colors individually in black. soo all the red in the pic, must be extracted and set to black, and so on with each hue.
the more hues the more expensive. and thats not mentioning the fact that this picture has some nice shading.

im not saying printing the shirt is not possible. im just saying its a little impractical, unless you were able get enough buyers, to the point where money wasnt an option
