god this fuckin widescreen monitor is fucking me off. the performance in cs 1.6 is awful. its like the mouse isnt reacting at all ~~

well I have a razer salmosa, used to play @ 1800dpi / 1000Hz on my old 17" TFT Monitor. Now I got the 22" widescreen and still use the same settings. unfortunately the gaming performance in wc3 and cs is awful now ~

It's probably just because of the increase in resolution, the mouse now has to be moved more to get from one side to the other.

Have you tried increasing the sensitivity in the game?

ye I did. it moves faster then, but still its not as........... unerring and direct as it was before ~

quite hard to explain. gotta experience it yourself >.<
