One being total Lines of text NOT on a signature be unlimited.

Two being instead of individual sizes for ava and signature be removed. So that it's a TOTAL combined size of both avatar and signature.

i dont want to scroll so much when viewing the forums.

an image is blockable, 399 lines of text isnt.
