Sadly, I don't even see a bar. Perhaps if we were all in a bar there would be some sensible talk instead of mindless spam.

Sensible talk would mean doing what you say if you repeat yourself multiple times, if you don't than you would just be spamming craving for attention.

Spam would be saying useless things just for the heck of it which have no relevant to the subject. I don't see how saying you're leaving in a GRAPHIC general chat would not be considered spam. If you left then it would be sensible, because it would have been a goodbye since you are a graphic artist. But since the action was not carried out after saying it multiple times, it's spam. Simple as that.
