i feel like you're rushing to try and be good instead of taking the time to be good

painting realistic and dynamic works involves studying and comparing, thats what people have been trying to tell you for awhile

like flora said, you need to practice anatomy and proportions.

i didn't have the reference but i gave it a shot anyway. start with a line that shows the direction of the spine and sketch from there (you can always google croquis techniques).

i have been studying quite a few croquis techniques this past week, but its always best hearing from you :blush:
