Alright bud, you be a doctor, all the NFL players who lifted before 15 will say otherwise.
if you're a doctor tell me how to bulk.

I'm not your bud friend, and the majority of NFL players did not lift heavily before they were 15. Even if they did lift at the age of 15, most NFL players are genetically big guys and while their growth may have been stunted they are still big. You still see small (height wise) NFL players that are jacked, most likely guys who started lifting at a young age and did exactly that, fucked up their growth plate and remained at a shorter height 5"8 - 5"10. I'll give you a quick breakdown on what you could do to gain weight in muscle mass, this is along with weight training:
You should eat whole foods. Proteins are important such as meat, whey, eggs and milk. Carbs such as brown rice, whole grain pasta and oats. Vegetables are good for you, especially spinach. Fruits and fats such as fish oil, real butter, nuts and olive oil (extra virgin if you wanna go the healthier way). Eat breakfast, very important when working out. Eat after a workout, you need carbs and proteins to help in the recovery and thus growth of your muscles. If you are seriously trying to gain weigh, eat at a steady rate, like every 3-4 hours to give your muscles a steady influx of proteins. Other tips I would give you is avoid white bread, rice and pasta because those carbs and proteins are not the ones you want when trying to build musle. Also drink whole milk, organic if you can. Try to eat organic whenever you can.
Wowza, im such a medical nerd.

My belief on this matter is that time hasn't come yet. In history, b/c of running calendar incorrectly, somewhere arround 300 years just dissapeared. There are facts that prove that, and if you wish i can browse them up. Think it was in the time of roman empire, not sure.
And about ending the world, it's not going to "end", only religious world will collapse and new era and beliefs will emerge. I hope common sense and logic will prevail. In the EU and USA number of atheists has already greatly increased and i believe percentage will increase even more in the years to come. So technically, Mayan culture is right in a way.

Honestly, I cannot understand how some people can be atheist, which means, that they can't beleive in anything superior to them. Even though, the planets are moving and they often beleive in their science theory and such. If they beleive in such thing as gravity, and all their science theory, they can't be atheist by definition because they hardly beleive in their theories, which are way out of their control and superior to them.

That said, I don't beleive in any god of the form we know, maybe just a superior force, way out of our control.

People that don't fit in any registered religion are stated to be atheists. They still can believe in higher life force of somekind or any other crap they come up with.

My views on religion summed up in a sentence. "Would you rather live your life as if there was no god, die, and find out there was. Or would you rather live your life as if there was a god, die, and find out there isn't one."
I also believe being spiritual/religious is a personal thing and should not be a topic of debate.

So you base your belief on fear from god in case he founds out you didn't believe in him, and he turns out to be there? I don't really understand. =(

Yeah i agree, that topic is kind of personal, sorry everyone. Won't post on it again
