can someone resize for me to the legal 400x150 please i would really appreciate it, also if i could get an avatar would be great!

The signature I posted is downsized while maintaining the original signature with it's aspect ratio.
Another possibility would be removing small parts on the left and right side of the image, since only the horizontal dimension exceeded the limit:


Dimensions: 400px × 140px

The outcome is not 150px in height since the original image you provided has a dimension of 440px × 140px.
Unless you want to upscale the image (quality loss), or expand the image vertically, 140px is the max height for this signature.
