someone ofc made a multi based off my account name. That's already reported...even though i think he did it on a different ip etc.

But are they also supposed to be using my sig?

Story:
I did requested for Guild banner+Sig+ava yesterday.... (Topic: http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=52714074&f=111)
Thumper85 pm'd me & he agreed to help me make guild banner+sig+ava for 800fg
with his hardwork & trust to him, I did send him 400fg(half) at the half way of the making of guild banner..
at the same time i send fg, I did inform him to touch up the gfx with more effect like lighting/raining effect(which I required for my banner), i noticed to him tat I will send full once everything done... (u may refer this from my s/s of pm)
but, he gave me some reason he cant make it or ruin the flow & finally he never update me anymore on this guild banner touch up...

I feel like get scammed since this is not wat i like(I need more effect, not only effect on word only)...
with this, I really feel so regret to send the fg first(even send half only) since the banner not complete yet...
fyi,since not met my requirement, I haven't use the banner he made for my guild charter yet

today,I did try to request for refund but he refuse.. (refer to s/s of pm)

Question:
base on rules:
If i send fg mean done deal or I already bought the banner?
Even if i did clarify I only pay half to wait for final one?

Request:
Med can do anything on this?
400fg is not much for me, but dont like get scammed & i think this warning gona help ppl to prevent get scammed by this person again.
