is this a photograph or a scan? If its a photo, that might be why it looks warped. If it's a scan, there are already countless mistakes, especially in the male

ye it's a photograph, and i dont think it's countless. ye there are few mistakes that i gonna fix it.

his cheeck is mashed against the other face, so i understand why his eyelids/skin would be higher. the left eye is slightly higher than it should be though. some quick touch ups could fix it.
It may not be in the picture, but making his eyes just a little bit larger would probably help alot. As long as the eyes have the same shadows and position it shouldnt alter the way he looks.

the left nostril ( facing the picture ) seems to be a little bit larger than the right. Photo's can blend shades together and throw of the sturcture ( not always, but sometimes ) just to keep in mind.
