Also, sorry to keep bothering you with these questions, but this doesn't let me use existing images, does it?
Like, if I wanted to combine images to make a sig?
I'm reading up on it, and it seems to just be for drawing and sketching, rather than editing as well

It’s a free software, Autodesk Sketchbook, and yes it does let you edit.

Watch my signatures and you’ll see :-)

I’ve posted Link to the original renders underneath each sig. You’ll see I combine pictures and draw myself to edit all the time.
