Topaz Clean probably.

One can make mediocre smudge work look 'amazing' with 3 clicks, when using Topaz.

EDIT: don't get me wrong; it's a great plugin, when you don't overuse it!

how its made is a lot less important than the finished result.
Topaz has its place. Its just over-used.

I would personally erase the topaz layer over the tiger, other than that is really not that bad.

Yeah, someone people on here used to abuse topaz..

clearly noticeable Topaz use is/used to be quite frowned upon in the gfx communities i 'grew up' on :3

It is, and its really not fair on topaz. Its all about how its used.

e/ ive used topaz more than a few times to improve low quality stocks. Which it is very good at.

Thats what I meant to say as abused.

Some people just use topaz over and over on a stock img and make it a sig.
