@op - the perspective of that latest greyscale is not correct, so it's not really going to help you learn to keep working on it. You have to walk before you can run, you have to draw before you can paint. Read up on perspective grids and vanishing points if you want to learn to draw interiors.

I feel like its correct, but the image is just slanted and so was his reference/trace guide?

I agree, I have been talking closely with a concept artist at Sony who is helping me out a ton, he said basically the same thing. I will be making an effort to draw equally as much as I paint, and perspective is first on my list to work on.

Looking into some online courses as well!

This is the same composition in all three of your paintings, put them all side by side and you will see the similarities, just one is snow, one is cave, one is moonlight.

Try to look at how other painters compose their landscapes, maybe do some master studies. Making the same painting over and over is just spinning your wheels, you gotta think critically about what you can do differently to make it better.
