let me say that the tattoo would be fairly ease although i would recommend having the artest you select do some sketchs and present them to you before you put it on your skin and maybe ask for something more realistic, the other issue that i see is there are a lot of colors with that photo with varry little detail as in hardlines witch would make the fading issue of a latter on in life a real issue when it comes to it all i would say the character would be better off re sketched into something that would not look bad if it was in black and white and has color to it, that way if and when it fades it wont look terrible. ive just started tattooing myself in the last few months and i have an offer of an apprenticeship im mostlikely going to take up and honestly the charicter dose not look that hard to do.

anyway, you shud have someone do a pre sketch on the tattoo before doing some finalizations of what it could be. There is plenty of things you could do with this image in terms of recreation. I think it wud be kewl if it was casting if it were being looked at differently in a certain angle than what is actually is when straight up looking at it.

but that's my opinion.

you could add in some glowy sun flares too lolz and make her in fire. change her clothes to a scratch n sniff bikini (just rub the lotion on the skin) and detail her body with blur effects blah blahz.
