it doesent mean that there is no copyrights if you can download it. i doubt that you got a permission for commercial use for all photos and drawings that you used on your signatures

if they put it up for download and say free to use i'm pretty sure its fine to use!

if they didnt give a permission to use their work commercially, they can send you a bill for what ever price they want and you kinda have to pay it cuz you already decided to buy the work when using it commercially. Im not very knowledgeable on anime(cuz ultra gaaayyyy) but some of those images you use seems like they are form some tv-show and not something that some guy at DA draw herself, also the pictures of chinese girls seem pro enough that it seems highly unlikely that they would give you permission to use their work commercially.

download doesent mean that you are free to publish the picture edited as your own work
