I would say, stop trying to add text, but you aren't listening.

Stop using ugly fonts. Use simple fonts. Use a single colour (preferably, just use white or black). Add it small and close to render, so it doesn't distract.

? I've only done 2 ~ and the 2nd one already had text before anyone posted. All further ones won't have it ~ ~

These are really fast to make, so I'll try taking more time.

The other thing that people often do to make text blend, is to use a clipping mask.
