Check out the way you structured you eye shapes and compare them to this one, try to ignore all the shading and look only at the lines

Look how your eye is almost a perfect symmetrical almond shape, a common mistake for new artists. Notice how in the drawing above, the eye shape is asymmetrical, the shape is closer to a parallelogram with rounded edges. Also look how your eyebrow curve is the same as your eye lid curve, they should always be different, like in the drawing above.
The curves of the upper eyelid, lower eyelid, and eyebrow really make or break your eye design, an easy way to hammer in good eye design is to practice copying good cartoon eyes and then go back to realistic eyes with a better understanding of the shapes.
