What happened: The Accused had made a thread requesting a signature, so I posted an idea of what he originally wanted. He later PM'd me stating he wanted something different, so after several signatures I made for him he decided that the one in the evidence was the one he wanted. So he offered 300 FG and we both agreed on this price. So I removed the watermarks from the images and sent it to the accused because he was going to send over his 300 FG, the price we agreed on. He then failed to sent any type of FG over when I finished sending him the Avatar and everything. I had warned him that if he doesnt pay our agreed amount that I would take up a complaint on him and he never responded, but he read my message. Clearly he doesnt want to work with me so I made this complaint. It has been well over 10 hours since I have given him his images without payment.

If required I can provide the original PSD of the Signature and the avatar or any other converstation messages that are appropriate.

Opening a picture in photoshop doesn't actually prove much. If you made it, open the .psd file

Will need more information than this - you can open any image on photoshop but as proof of your creation, you will need to show the layers



I know there were issues with the tinypic in the past 2 days. But this scenario will be handled in the SA because you are inquiring about a trade not ripping off someone else's signature
