its hard to give advice for this, being as how we do not know the reference, and we cant judge proportions without it being a full face.

First thing I notice, is the "eyelash" shadowing. It should be as dark going to the cornea area.. unless there is eyeliner, but again we can't know that.
it looks like you smudge for shadowing, which in my book is kind of taboo for portraits, some may disagree.

on the left eye, ( facing the picture ) in the shadowing in the cornea area you can clearly see a line from the nose. we don't have outlines in real life, try to make the shadow progressive, without lines to interrupt it.

I've been doing portraits for a long time, and i'm more than happy to offer advice... but without a reference or a full face its difficult.
If its just going to be eyes and noses sketch many as a study, and we can point out good in bad from multiple choices :)

All and all, its decent I suppose

push the contrast and values, learn to work the pencil and not smudge to shade

fill a page of eyes/ noes' you'll learn more.
