Do u have to have a tablet for Doing landscapes? or can it be done using a mouse?

it can be done with a mouse but that sounds like a pain in the ass and it will be much more difficult probably

i mean ive done simple things with a mouse Lol like a zombie back when i was probably 17 was just making random shapes and created him but ofc i only just started using photoshop but ive always loved the idea of getting into digi art. just want to upgrade my computer before i go buy a tablet for drawing on. pretty much my passion is to do Concept art (slacking majorly LOL 23 going on 24 >.>)

o you are using a laptop? nice quality video btw id like to see some videos if u have any that u can link that you have done with like the swatches or w.e you use and stuff so i can mess around with it
