Lwe stated things that needed to be said. If people don't reply or comment on your topic, than maybe they don't want to. There is no reason to consistently bump a thread, it gets annoying to see. Like my name in the gdc.

when i said start with basics it was just a nice way of saying your sig was horrible and there were an infinite amount of things you could have done to make it better

it was positive, but you obviously don't want to be helped

Saturation of the Squirtle is too high. The Squirtle just sticks out like a sore thumb, doesn't belong/floating in the vast nothingness.
Text is very ugly and not even legible.
The flow of the signature isn't good at all you have Squirtle looking left as the motion of your bubbles move right and upwards.
Not a fan of the faded squirtle on the left either.

Keep on looking at tutorials.
