The only thing that is the problem here, is the interaction between the people, They have an odd path to walk on in close quarters, they're not maintaining eye contact, they're at "smiling" distance so some kind of passive engagement such as smiling/nod of the head etc. should be occurring (as they are both ambling, as their hands are behind back & in pockets), obviously not a public place as it's too clean without trace of signage & there are only two people, clearly it's a waiting area of some kind, so they must know each other / have seen one another around.
