It is understandable that first piece is never a masterpiece but i want you to learn and understand that there are more than just putting things on white or black canvas.

There are many threads and many tutorials for you to use and learn from. On the same page, you could start by browsing Hobos tuts collection or visit Q&A sub-forum which link is at the top of general design forum page.
