i love your advice but when you say the anatomy is messed you dont point out anything lol

i mean i want to learn but could you tell me what to fix

then its just his style of drawing wtf not everyone wants draw realistic beings and paint fruits

its alrite its what i needed to hear i just want some more advice thats all

i like anime and stuff like that so thats what i studie when i do art

and i like comic book art and stuff

lol you're missing the point
diving straight into illustration isn't the way to get better
everyone starts at the basics; and while i agree painting fruits isn't the most fun way to go for some, it gives you and understand of how the world works
every artist needs to understand realism; even abstract artists
you can only understand it through practising it

Not really, tbh I love comic books. It's the reason I started drawing myself. First drawing guide I bought was How to draw comic books the marvel way (great book, would recommend as a supplement if you're into drawing comics). More as in, a mindset that says, I'm going to ditch the bright red with dark red as and dark red for shadows, and think what the colours would actually be. Grab references. There's tons that could help, red skull jumps to mind.



There's no point in handing out advice when you haven't the skill set to back points. No one here is telling him to go off and paint fruit for a year, but understanding the basics for a month cannot be undervalued. It teaches you nearly everything, from how colors react next to each other, lighting, composition, technique.

If you don't expand into other styles you won't develop you're unique style imo. When you broaden your study you transcend simple immitation.

Some might want to develop they'r own style.
