Are you serious about this at all?

chill out, it ain't even that bad

@op
stay away from text for now unless it's really necessary
even then, use appropriate fonts and try to match the contrast
for example:
-san serif fonts (arial, tahoma, verdana, mangal, calibri, helvetica) can give a modern look. It's easy on the eye
-serif fonts (times new roman, trajan, garamond) can give a more gothic look
- use lighter colour text on dark backgrounds
- use darker colour text on lighter backgrounds

other:
-try to make your focal point stand out rather than having it blurred along with the background
-explore new methods via tutorials

im not the best at making sigs but

1. random white lines arn't adding anything to the sig but just making it look chaotic and doesn't help define a flow
2. the white circles are very bland and again are not helping the sig have any flow and only makes it more chaotic
3. the colors don't match at all and are very bland
4. the render looks so out of place it almost just feels like you set it in the sig then brushed a white line over it and behind it to make it seem like it belongs lol

The best thing for you atm is to do alot of tut's and get experaince at making sigs the more you do them the more you will be able to notice what looks right and what doesn't.
