the depth of field is off, colours, hard/soft edges, radius of energy shooting out of bottle.
and seriously if there is a huge amount of energy in that bottle, then make it look like it, it should be glowing, currently it looks like it has something underneath it that has energy in it and it is passing through the bottle.
Think of the bottle like a heart.
