Some stars/dust?

yeah that was my next thought tzl.. not sure how to make nice looking ones without a premade brush though.. any tips/tuts?

New layer -> Fill with black
Filter -> Noise -> Add noise about 15 px
Hit ctrl + L to bring up levels
in this order enter the top 3 numbers 70 .75 220 and hit check/enter or w/e, set to lighten and you should have stars.

or you can just brush/pencil in white spots

hands are a no no for me but other than that i like it, i like phils version better tho.

theres only one part of the hand smudged.. his index finger on his left hand, and I can fix it very easily.

also, I can't use any textures.. or I would be able to add cool things as well lol

why cant you add textures?

this is nice. colors look best in the 1st version you posted, but it does have an unfinished look to it. cant put my finger on it
