At what exactly? His sig actually shows origniality like most peoples here as to where yours is a what 6 stocks images over a solid bg with what looks to be done in paint, no depth in the skulls behind your main stock making it pull away from there. If you would like to actually get some hints and tips yourself, maybe you should check out gfxforum.net and see what some freelancers can teach you. Hell you didn't even blend your stocks in with the bg you can tell its one on top the other.

Do you see how blur creates depth? Every sig should should lure you into your focal point.1) centered focal i lolled
2) blur creates lq depth
3) learn to use dark and light to create depth along with sharpen to make hq depth
4) that tag looks like a stock with minor smudging and color adjustments
5) text is horrible. it should complement your piece not draw attention away from your focal.
now onto your current sig.
1) centered focal
2) bad distracting text
3) horrid smudging that creates no flow or depth
4) bad colors and your exposure and saturation levels are fucked
maybe you should take a gander at d2jsp's tutorial thread to see what some randoms can teach you
