Well, if anyone has Topaz, and would like to help, that'd be grand. I don't have it, but I am willing to pay a little for someone that'd give me a good result. Nothing too expensive, since it's basically like 2min work.

There was a program called liquid resize that was great for things like this. Not sure if it's still available because I'm pretty sure the company who made it merged with another. Worth digging around for it anyway
