This is the outcome... i keep trying adjustment layers but im nreally no good at it...i go just with some random grandients and it looks bad T_T

maybe the stock i used was lq? T_T was the only inspiring image i found

Stock is extremely lq and ruins it.
Only use HQ stocks.

Nope, most of it is just experimenting along the way.
They all work differently depending on the colours and tones in the tag.

try setting the pentooling behind the render on exclusion and then playing around with it.
It also looks like the texture is either low quality, or you lowered the opacity on it or something.
