Vector tags are in my opinion about quality, the vector shapes should'nt be blurred.
You should try to create depth without blurring it.

the more shapes you have, the better it looks.
the more complimentary the colors are, the better your tag is.
the more blur = the more depth = the more better.
also always remember, the more rule of thirds, the better. the best tags have extraordinary amounts of rule of thirds in it.
