the crystal material seems pretty poor. rest is a littlebit choppy but alright I guess.

well i dont use 3ds but i like renders more then animations you can fix them better and so on you know :P

All true. I appreciate the serious c&c. sounds like you know what a good quality 3d render looks like. And I agree.

This was designed to be a very small image so I'm less worried about the larger images quality.
the small image is choppy because it's png8 with a black stroke. (no semi transparent pixels)
I did that to match the style of the Diablo II art.

Texture looks more like a marble sword than a crystal sword in the png's, but that looks like something I would happily use if I'd be making games and stuff
