Then do it yourself! Changing black to blonde is annoying as hell, and it's not a 5 min job.

Don't devalue hard work from graphic designers in the future, if you don't know the price just ask first! Calling it a quick 5 min job and insulting us won't encourage us to help you!


I'd say you will be lucky if you get it done for a 100 fg, there are hardly any highlights on hair, black background and black hair (makes it even worse), bad light on hair itself for retouching and final result.
I think even if you get it done, it won't look the best.
