So I followed a kickass series by a man names Jonathan Williamson and it helped me with the process of this model here.
Actually my first full process model (went through stages such as sculpting, retopologizing, texturing, rigging, animating), and has only 2394 verts so it is rather low poly and very game friendly.
Consist of two diffuse maps, one for clothes/skull helmet, and another for all of the skin.. both 1024x1024.

Here's a video showing a few animations, Idle/Walk/Run.

I'm aware it's not perfect but it's my first and i'm happy with it,
So what do you guys think?

Pretty cool, I don't know how to do this shit so don't have much else to say other than the could improve the arms on the walk/run animation. Also needs to do some squats or something, clearly only upper body focused work outs

Thanks man! I appreciate the feedback!
Didn't mention that the character is a little stylized, it's not 100% realistic. Obviously humanoid but a cartoon-ish kind of human.
Thats why things aren't all in proportion.. most noticeably the length of the arms.

Meant more the movement looks stiff, but if thats the look you were going for carry on

I definitely see what you're talking about.
I'll work on it some more, get some more natural feeling animations.

Running animation needs some work. Watch some youtube videos of people running you will notice their arms curl up and swing a bit more violently depending on how hard they run.

I would also work on your textures, they seem a bit flat, unless that's what you were going for. In the environment it seems a little off.

Although if you ever want to shoot your models my way I'll be happy to use them :3. I've been working on and off on a game idea but I stopped work due to having no artistic abilities at all for landscape, character, and model design.

I rushed the textured admittedly.
Going thru the series I really just wanted to learn the process and a few techniques,
and I spent so much of my time following step by step that eventually I just rushed things and did them on my own so that I could move on.

The model was certainly not meant to be in that environment, it was just to show the model in something that wasn't boring.
I wan't to start modeling more and I wouldn't mind at all letting you use some.

That would be cool if you want you can pm me for my steam or something if you want to keep in touch. My game was made in unity and I wanted/needed a few generic people models (probably same model with different colored clothes) just so I could work through more of the features without looking at grey rectangles which represented people for hours.

The last thing I finished on it was the scripting for a day night system which rotated a directional light and changed it's ambient color based on the "time of day" as well as moving flares around to emulate the sun. It also blends two sky boxes together which were obtained from the internet. I haven't done much on it for just over a year since when I tried my hand at model creation I gave up and didn't feel like continuing if I couldn't complete it properly.
