Been having trouble finding a good artist, so I figure I'll do it myself. Not having much luck searching for good programs, I'd really like to do animated signatures.
Running on an old Windows XP so nothing too fancy, but does anyone have some links to some nice free programs or maybe some tutorials? Didn't get a whole lot of help out of the stickies.

e/ All google wants to give me are these ad-loaded awful pages made by some teenagers. I'm still on it looking, obviously, but I was just reaching out for any other assistance- I'm sure there are a few good known programs.

I have a pretty good camera on my phone though
I also have a scanner and access to many books with pictures
I think I'll be ok, just need some software

I'd rather start out on some free programs, so I can know what I'm paying for when I'm ready to buy. Assuming I stick with it long enough.
There has to be plenty of free software out there, or maybe a paid-software with a trial period.

i made the pic cause i was having fun with that photoshop program u want so badly that you wont pay for.

LoL if you take a look i make sigs constantly, and i use that 'photoshop' program which costs 600-1000 dollars new.
